Q. Will the Eagles Mere Association ever share my personal information?
A. While the EMA will provide event information for other EM groups in your Event Calendar on the site (per you checking which Groups you are interested in when completing your Profile), the EMA will never share any of your personal data with outside organizations or web sites. Q. Why does the "Pay Now" button not work for online billing?
A. At this time we are not accepting online credit card payments for EMA members' bills. However, this is a required button in our database system so we cannot remove it. Sorry for any confusion. We will review the online payment policy for the 2022 season and may make credit card or electronic fund payments available in the future. At this time all payments must be sent by check to EMA, PO Box 308 Eagles Mere, PA 17731.
Q. How do I log out?
A. To log out, you must be logged in. If you are logged in you need to be on the Member Only side of the fence to log out. To get there click on the top tool bar menu item called "Log in" at the far right - your name should then appear to the left under the "Home" button. If you click on your name, you will see the option to log out. Please realize if you are not logged in and you click on the main menu "Log in" you will not see your name appear under the "Home button. You will see a little Log in text next to a person circled.
Q. What determines the Membership Levels?
A. We have several different types of membership level. 80% of our members are Seasonal Members and the rest are in other categories such as Residential Members, Seasonal Associate Type 2, Temporary Members, etc.
Q. What is a Bundle, a Bundle Administrator, and a Bundle Member?
A. Every Share (or House) in Eagles Mere whose owners are members of the EMA is considered a "Bundle". Family members can choose who their "Bundle Administrator" will be. This is the person who will get the annual EMA bill sent to them, and only this person can add family members to their bundle. When you are added to the bundle, you then become a bundle member. Anyone in your family bundle can be designated as the bundle administrator. If you would like to change the current bundle administrator to another member of your household, please email us at admin@EMAlake.org.
